1. Free Trial
Every new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial.During this trial period, you can access and explore all features of Alimento at no cost.No charges are applied unless you continue with a paid plan after the trial ends.
2. Refund Terms
To ensure fairness, Alimento follows a tiered refund system:Day 1–7 after first payment: You are eligible for a full refund (100%) if requested within this period.Day 8–14 after first payment: You are eligible for a 50% refund if requested within this period.After 14 days from first payment: Subscription fees are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:Requests made after 14 days from the first payment.Partial use of the subscription outside the timeframes mentioned above.Fees for add-ons, setup services, or third-party integrations.Change of mind after the subscription period has started.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.Refunds typically take 7–14 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Alimento account settings.Cancellation will stop any future billing, but it will not result in a refund for the current subscription period outside the terms stated above.
